- Agents are available to help book your reservations from 7am to 7pm M-F. After hours Emergency assistance is available for an additional fee should you need travel assistance after normal business hours.
- When stranded at the airport due to severe weather, mechanical delays, or when needing an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your agency is an indispensable ally.

The hotel is 25 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and 15 minutes from Peachtree-DeKalb Airport serving corporate and charter aircrafts only.
For Ground Transportation services from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, follow the signs inside the airport to "Ground Transportation."
Location - Taxicab service is located in the Red Bus aisle.

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) covers the metro Atlanta with scheduled service to and from the airport. The MARTA entrance is located at the west entrance of the terminal complex, near other ground transportation services. MARTA trains arrive and depart from the airport every eight minutes.
Schedules for MARTA rapid rail service are available at the Airport at the following locations: Traveler's Aid, the MARTA Airport Station, and the International Information Counter on Concourse "E".
