Rooms have been set aside for 2008 HIGPA International Expo attendees at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes. All conference events will take place in the hotel. Reservations made after Wednesday, September 17, 2008, are not guaranteed to receive HIGPA's discounted rate and are subject to hotel availability.

At the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, room rates are $219 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy. An additional $20 per night for more than two occupants will be added. Important Information!

• Agents are available to help book your reservations from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CST Monday - Friday. After hours Emergency assistance is available for an additional fee should you need travel assistance after normal business hours.
• When stranded at the airport due to severe weather, mechanical delays, or when needing an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your agency is an indispensable ally.

Ground Transportation Information

Taxi service from Orlando International Airport is approximately $55 one way.
Shuttle service to/from Orlando International Airport:
Mears Motor Shuttle offers shuttle transportation from Orlando International Airport to the JW Marriott. Shuttle transportation is a shared riding service. Rates are currently $17 one way or $28 round trip and are subject to change. Sedan service rates are $60 one way and $105 round trip and include meet and greet at baggage claim. Parking

Complimentary self parking is available at the hotel to all registered guests of HIGPA or valet parking is available for $20 per day.
