REVERSE TRADE SHOW INFORMATION

Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO’s) with an intended business interest of presenting business models and areas of purchasing to the supplier community are invited to participate in the Health Industry Group Purchasing Association’s (HIGPA) 2007 International Expo Reverse Trade Show.

REVERSE Trade show Schedule

Installation: Sunday, Oct. 21: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Show Hours: Monday, Oct. 22: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm
  Tuesday, Oct. 23: 9:00 am - 10:30 am
    3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Dismantle: Tuesday, Oct. 23: 5:01 pm - Wednesday, Oct. 24: 10:00 am

Space not occupied by 11:30 am on Monday, October 22 may be reassigned by HIGPA. Dismantle may begin at 5:01 pm Tuesday, October 23 and must be completed by 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 24.

DESCRIPTION OF SPACE

The Reverse Trade Show will be held in Salon Rooms A-E and 1-6 of the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort. Click here to view a floor plan of the Resort along with room dimensions.
Each room will be equipped with one (1) 6’ draped table, (2) round tables, necessary chairs and signage.
*Furniture requests over and beyond the standard package will be handled on an individual case-by-case basis and may require an additional charge.
Each exhibiting company is responsible for all audiovisual equipment/labor, food and beverage, telecommunications charges, drayage, material handling as well as any additional hotel or vendor related charges.

BADGES

All GPO Reverse Trade Show personnel must be registered for the conference and wear HIGPA identification badges during set-up and for the duration of the conference, click here to download the Group Registration Form.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY

Please contact HIGPA in writing at info@higpa.org on or before, Monday, September 17, 2007, if your organization is not able to attend or if the number of attendees from your organization increases or decreases. ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE

Room assignments are based on a first come, first assigned basis as well as on the number of participants with each GPO. No assignment will be made without confirmation of each participant’s paid registration to the 2007 HIGPA International Expo. The GPO requesting participation in the Reverse Trade Show is responsible for ensuring that all attendees (GPO and/or IDN) are registered.
