The 2007 National Pharmacy Forum registration fee includes tuition, course materials, selected meals, and receptions. Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or by bank check. Payment in full must be received before attendance at the conference.
Registration Rates
- HIGPA/HISCI Member = $1,745*
- Non-Member = $2,445*
*Register by 1/16/2007 in order to receive the early registration discount of $150!
Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. For cancellations received before January 9, 2007, the registration fee will be returned less a processing fee. After January 9, no refunds will be made, although registration is transferable to another person from the same organization up until the day of the event. Cancellations not received by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will be billed. HIGPA assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants.
