Housing Rates & Reservations
Rooms have been set aside for HIGPA 2007 National Pharmacy Forum attendees at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin. Reservations made after January 9, 2007 are not guaranteed to receive HIGPA’s discounted rate and are subject to hotel availability. Please note the hotel cancellation policy requires you to cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance of arrival to avoid paying a one night room and tax cancellation penalty.
Room rate is $195 per night plus tax for single/double occupancy.

Please follow these steps to help navigate the online site:
- Click on the "Click Here to REGISTER" button to begin.
- Fill in the requested information and click "Submit."
- A page will appear confirming your registration. You will not be asked to register again in the future.
- Click "Log into your account" to be taken to the login page.
- Enter the same password you used during the registration process and click 'Log In."
- Once logged into the Travel Center, click on "Group Travel" located in the list of blue boxes that starts with "Book Travel, Trip Templates, etc."
- Choose the "HIGPA 2007 Pharmacy Forum" and carefully follow the remaining prompts.
Apollo Agents are available to help book your reservations from 6:00am to 8:00pm, CDT, Monday through Friday, and are available 24/7 should you need emergency travel assistance. If you ever become stranded at the airport due to severe weather, mechanical delays or you need an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your agency is an indispensable ally. Your ticket will be issued and an e-mail will be sent confirming your itinerary. The price of your ticket, including the Apollo service fee, will be listed. Restrictions, fees and cancellation penalties will apply.
Ground Transportation Information
- Taxi service from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately $20 each way.
- Super Shuttle service to/from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately $10 each way and includes several stops along the way.
- From Airport: Upon arrival at the airport, please follow signs from baggage claim to the Super Shuttle ticket counter. No reservation is necessary and service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please call 512.929.3900 ext. 2 with any questions. Super Shuttle accepts cash and credit cards for payment.
- From Hotel: Call 512.258.3826, 24 hours in advance for reservations, or check with the concierge or front desk of the hotel.
