NEW FOR 2003 - Accommodations

Rooms have been set aside for EXPO attendees at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort. However, if you register and pay by August 1, 2003, the evenings of Monday, October 13 and Tuesday, October 14 are included in your registration fee!

In addition, HIGPA will set up your room reservation ($235 plus tax per night for a standard room) for your entire stay! Just list your additional room nights required right on the registration form. If you do not know your schedule now, HIGPA will still send you a room confirmation for the two nights and you can add to reservation at a later date (subject to availability).

If you choose not to register with the special early bird offer, then you can make your own room reservations by calling the hotel at 480-293-5000. Say that you're attending HIGPA's EXPO to take advantage of the special group rate of $235 for single/double rooms.

Reservations made after September 13, 2003 can't be guaranteed the discount rate. Hotel reservations require a two-night deposit that is non-refundable 21-days out from your arrival date. A portion of the proceeds is reserved for conference-related expenses.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is 20 minutes south of the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort. All major airlines fly into the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
